This bug is fixed in version 8.0 of AI War, please make sure to run the autoupdater once you install the game (this is for anyone reading this. IronArcturus please check your PM regarding a different issue :) )

IronArcturus: Yeah, v8 did fix the selection problem! Will GOG be able to get this patch soon on their own site?

I doubt we are going to have standalone patches as there will more than likely be updates released constantly so we'd always run the risk of having a patch go out of date on our site very quickly.
