The art collection DLC for this game is odd. It's not fully censored, there are fully exposed breasts, but there's nothing else. The full nude and "wet" versions, which are included in HP2's Art Collection here, are entirely missing. I read online that you could only get the uncensored art collection from the HP website, but that only ends up linking me to Steam, no Art Collection obtainable just from their website.

Is there any way to get it beyond scouring the internet?

Sometimes you want to get some things the art collection doesn't include, like the voice lines for a private, unpublished project. These can only be acquired from the game files. Keep in mind that distribution of these files in any way is entirely illegal. However, if you're good at analysis and investigating you can get the things you need.
