I apologize if a topic on this exists but I couldn't find one through search results, so I figured I'd create one here.

I noticed the Holiday Hare '95 shareware bundled with the Jazz Jackrabbit Collection seems "incomplete", as the GUS driver (MDRV003D.MUS) and the option to select Gravis Ultrasound from setup are both missing. I'm not sure what version of HH95 this is as I don't recall a version without GUS support being distributed all those years ago. The HH95 shareware from other sources doesn't have this problem, so while it's not a huge deal it's kind of a head-scratcher to see this discrepancy, despite both GOG's version and the aforementioned version from an external source both claiming to be "Version 1.3" according to the included VENDOR.DOC file. I attached snipped screenshots of the setup menu for comparison.

Has anyone else noticed this, and could this be brought to GOG's attention for correction? I know it's not a high priority issue but it would be nice to see a future revision of Jazz Jackrabbit Collection with HH95 packaged correctly.

Okay, but is there anything preventing you from just using the GUS driver that comes with the other versions?

If I do some manual copying of files, no, but... that isn't really the point of my post. I'm only calling out that the bundled HH95 shareware doesn't support GUS natively but the same shareware downloaded elsewhere does. To me, that just seemed odd since the core Jazz Jackrabbit game does support GUS. That's why I was asking if anyone else noticed this, and if there's anyway it could be brought to GOG's attention to update their installer.

Again, I know this is a really tiny issue that can be easily resolved by other means (I'm just using the other version of HH95 I got outside of GOG). It's just that from an "out-of-box" experience it felt weird and was less than ideal, at least for me since I'm using an actual 486 build to play this.

Currently, gus sound card does not work with the gog collection (tested on dosbox install where it works fine on another version of jazz).

Which is a bit of a bummer, since the gus support provides much better sound quality.

Yeah, that was my thought as well.

I know it's not an issue for those savvy enough to look around on the Internet and use files from other versions, but GOG's version of HH95 lacking GUS support seems like a strange omission when taking into account that the base game on GOG supports GUS, and that HH95 clearly has GUS support when downloaded elsewhere.
