I bought (many copies of) Tropico 4 on Steam, along with the complete DLC and have also bought it here on Gog, again, along with all the DLC that is available.

When I run the Gog version of Tropico 4, the "Load Game" option lists all my savefiles from both the Steam version and itself, but all the savefiles from my Steam play are marked as saying that I'm missing a required DLC and it won't offer to load it.

Does anyone know what the problem is or how to fix it?

I've played Tropico 4 on Steam for well over a thousand hours and have well over a thousand savefiles, many of which took a huge number of hours to teraform, so I'd like to be able to load them so I can play with the teraformed island without having to repeat the extremely time-consuming teraforms; obviously I'd like to at least occasionally add to my existing teraforms rather than starting from scratch.

At least the Gog savefile will load on Steam version. Yet another reason to use Gog rather than Steam since the Gog savefiles will work on both platforms while the Steam ones (so far) won't work on the Gog version.

Thanks in advance for any and all help.
